Join Our Journey
It is no secret that Canberra is home to world class cycling facilities and infrastructure, and Canberrans can't get enough of cylcing. This has created an amazing community of locals who enjoy riding for a cause. That cause is Hartley Lifecare.
Hartley is a community organisation helping people with a disability live their best life and our biggest annual fundraising event is known as the Hartley Cycle Challenge. This Challenge has been going on for over 20 years and is a huge part of the Canberra Events Calendar each year. More details about the event can be found below. 2022 CYCLE CHALLENGE RAFFLE

The Hartley Cycle Challenge
The Hartley Cycle Challenge is a unique, annual event, critical to supporting the work of Hartley Lifecare. The Challenge also provides a valuable link with the community and helps to raise awareness of people living with disability. Funds raised from this event support our ongoing work in providing residential, respite and community programs.
The Event consists of 22 teams of 12 cyclists who will ride 3 different routes over 3 days based out of Jindabyne. The Event will also have a Super Sunday where individual riders can join the other teams and will be able to test themselves climbing the steep road up to Charlotte's Pass and back.
Each team has 2 dedicated support crew to accompany them the entire journey and we also have over 30 volunteers who help across the entire weekend to ensure the cyclists are safe, comfortable and well fed.
