The Hartley Cycle Challenge November 2023

Give people with a disability opportunities to live their best life!

Hartley Lifecare is a Canberra-based not-for-profit organisation providing supported accommodation for people with disability, their families and carers.

Hartley Lifecare provides a variety of services to help with and/or supervision of daily tasks to develop the skills of an individual to live as independently as possible. These are the supports provided to a participant in their home, in the community and can be in a shared or individual arrangement.

Whether living alone or with other people with disability, Hartley assists people to maintain their home and complete day-to-day household activities including meal planning and cooking, washing or even maintaining a vegetable garden.

This year I am cycling in Team Forge to fundraise for the continuation of services that Hartley delivers to its clients.  During the 3 days in Jindabyne, we will ride up and down the roads in the Snowy Mountains, covering 313km and 5,242 vertical kilometres in rail, hail or shine.

Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution for this fundraising activity, and be assured that your donations will be received directly by the organisation and will be used within the Canberra region.

Hartley's 2023 annual report and strategic plan can be found here:
