Senior Manager - Client Services

Hartley Lifecare is a Canberra-based not for profit organisation that has provided accommodation support, respite care and community access programs for people with a disability (and their families) for 60 years. We support over 80 clients within 34 homes across the ACT and employ over 360 people.

A rare opportunity is now available at Hartley Lifecare as the Senior Manager – Client Services. Hartley is looking for a dynamic person who has exceptional leadership skills, is energetic, an enthusiastic team player and has a passion for supporting people with disability to have opportunities to live their best life.

As part of Hartley’s Senior Management team, this role is responsible for successfully leading Hartley’s Client Services portfolio. Working strategically, collaboratively and operationally, the incumbent will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership group, and manage the following across the organisation: 

  • The Client Services Team (Including leading a team of 9 disability program managers) 
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) 
  • Short Term Accommodation (STA) 
  • Client experience 
  • Roster management 
  • Positive Behaviour Support 
  • Client data and documentation

Senior Manager - Operations

An exciting new opportunity is now available for a new role at Hartley Lifecare as the Senior Manager – Operations. Hartley is looking for a dynamic person who has strong leadership skills, is energetic, an enthusiastic team player and has a passion for supporting people with disability to have opportunities to live their best life.

As part of the Hartley’s Senior Management team, this role will be responsible for successfully leading Hartley’s operational portfolio. Working strategically, collaboratively and operationally, the incumbent will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership group, and manage the following across the organisation: 

  • The Operations team 
  • Hartley’s Hydrotherapy Pool business  
  • Incident management system 
  • Operational risk management system 
  • Capital works projects associated with Hartley owned buildings and renovations 
  • Facility management of Hartley owned and leased buildings 
  • Tenancy Agreements, MOU’s and contracts 
  • Working collaboratively with housing providers to ensure repairs and maintenance is undertaken in non-Hartley owned buildings 
  • Emergency responses, plans and procedures 
  • Fleet management
