Permanent Full Time position located in Pearce ACT.

$58,000 - $64,000 per annuum, plus superannuation, attractive salary packaging and free parking.

Hartley Lifecare, established in 1962, is a well-established not for profit organisation providing support services for people with disability in the ACT to live their best life.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Human Resources Officer to join our team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate would be an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready to hit the ground running. Hartley Lifecare employs over 280 people and we are looking for someone who can successfully implement and analyse a diverse range of HR processes.

This position would suit a candidate with strong admin and communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite and requires an eye for detail.

It is essential that the successful applicant has:

  • a certificate IV or higher in a relevant field
  • a current driver’s license
  • the ability to obtain a Working With Vulnerable People’s registration
  • the ability to obtain a satisfactory police check upon request
  • completed the NDIS worker orientation module 90 minute online course
