About The Program

Hartley's purpose is to give people with a disability the opportunities to live their best lives. Over the last six decades, families have grown to rely on and trust Hartley to deliver high quality, person centred support.

Hartley's core funding comes from the National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS), however our philosophy is to use support and money raised from corporate partners and individual donors, as well as special events, to expand and enhance the services we provide to people living with disability in our local community.

As part of this philosophy, Hartley is excited to announce our Special Grants Program (SGP). This program will give Hartley Clients the chance to apply for funds that can assist in helping achieve their goals. The total funding available for the 2021 program will be $50,000.

The funding from the SGP can be used for a variety of purposes, however each application will be treated on a case by case basis. Examples of what funding can be used for are below.

Please note, grants will be capped at $10,000 per application.
