The health and safety of our clients, staff, families, guardians and visitors is always our top priority. In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have implemented the recommended precautionary measures to protect our community through Hartley’s COVID-19 Response Plan. 

As part of this process visitors, families, guardians and external stakeholders will be required to declare the following.

I declare that in the past 24 hours, I have not experienced any of the following symptoms:

• Fever, chills, night sweats
• Cough, sore throat, runny nose
• Shortness of breath, loss of smell, loss of taste
• Diarrhoea, nausea and/or vomiting

I also declare that during the past 14 days, I have not:

• been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
• returned from overseas travel or a cruise ship
• returned from any of these identified hotspots
